Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our store, we do not stock items in bulk. All items are made to order. We therefore, ship all our weekly orders from Pretoria to LUNTU warehouse on Friday. Please allow a lead time of maximum 5 working days.

Refund Policy

Once you lodge a return, we will inspect the item. Upon our satisfaction, you will be refunded via your original method of payment.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Customers are welcome to return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery in it's original condition. After our inspection, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale or custom items.
